How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our collection, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, click on the cart icon to proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and complete your purchase.
Do I need an account to make a purchase?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account offers several benefits, such as tracking your orders, saving your information for future purchases, and receiving updates on new collections and promotions.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at caroline@v2bentley.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes, but you can return the item according to our Refund Policy.
How do I track my order?
